All the big advertisers left Twitter.

The ad platform UX is confusing.

The ad platform is super buggy, only adding to the confusion.

You can only advertise if you have Twitter Blue or a Verified account.

Elon has been outspoken about wanting to improve the targeting so advertisers get better, cheaper conversions.

Less competition.

More inventory.

Cheaper inventory.

Better targeted inventory.
=
Opportunities to have wildly beneficial unit economics.

That’s the theory, at least.

So what am I doing to test this?

After spending a week learning the new Twitter Ads platform and another week getting verified, I just started a new campaign and will start another later today.

I’m going to share the results here – and I’m even brainstorming with others in the space (if you’d like to brainstorm with me, reach out).

There may be a big opportunity here; if there is, I’ll find it and share it.
